Why RegisAI exists

Compliance work is often spread across public registers, policy documents, inboxes, spreadsheets, and individual judgement. RegisAI brings those inputs into one reviewable workflow so teams can identify gaps, record reasoning, and decide what needs human action.

RegisAI supports compliance work; it does not replace legal, regulatory, or professional compliance advice. Outputs remain drafts until reviewed and approved by a qualified person.

Search Companies House public data and keep company context alongside compliance work.

Policy and evidence review

Upload a PDF or paste policy text, run a bounded gap analysis, and review risk-rated findings with source-rule references.

Scenario analysis

Structure workplace, bribery, sanctions, privacy, governance, supplier, and related risk scenarios into reviewable next steps.

Governance and audit trail

Complete the S.C.A.L.E. governance self-assessment, save documents and folders, review remediation drafts, and record human sign-off decisions.

Regulatory monitoring, reports, re-scans, and before-and-after posture comparisons support ongoing review. Availability is still MVP-level and may vary by plan or deployment configuration.

Coverage and access

The United Kingdom is the default workspace and is available on the Free plan. It includes UK workplace controls, FCA systems and controls, Consumer Duty, SM&CR, UK AML, UK GDPR, and operational-resilience review packs.

Premium accounts can also use the current EU and US regulatory libraries. Those libraries cover the frameworks listed in the product at the time of use; they are not a complete statement of every law or obligation in a jurisdiction.

RegisAI is built through a research-led combination of software engineering, compliance research, product design, and workflow analysis. Prince is not a certified governance professional, and the platform is deliberately positioned as operational support rather than professional advice.
